As part of Wealth Management Operations (WMO) Investment Information Management Organization the Dividend Specialist is responsible for ensuring the accurate and timely processing of all mutual fund dividend distributions and reinvestments for their assigned mutual fund companies.
This involves maintaining distribution calendars for both domestic and international fund groups monitoring email communications from fund agents creating transactions within the dividend system for downstream processing and preparing trade logs for manual dividend reinvestments.
Responsibilities:
Responsibilities may also include analyzing various quality control reports researching ledger variances and maintaining Control metrics.
Forty plus hours per week is the expectation with a significant amount of overtime being required towards year-end.
Attendance and punctuality are essential components of the position; therefore unexcused absences and tardiness could result in dismissal.
Must be able to work as a team and independently.

Bachelors degree in finance or accounting
0-2 years of experience in the field or in a related area preferred
Knowledge of commonly used concepts practices and procedures within the mutual fund industry is a plus.
