What Youll Do:
- Prepare and maintain an intentional child-led Montessori classroom for ages 35
- Observe and guide each childs development with warmth curiosity and purpose
- Use Montessori principles and authentic materials to foster independence and lifelong learning
- Partner with co-teachers and families to support every childs growth and success
- Model and uphold our core values: Safe Kind Mindful Play Discovery Innovation and Loving Relationships
What You Bring:
- Montessori certification is preferred but not required
- We accept training from NAMC AMS AMI or MACTE-accredited programs
- 2 years or more Experience working with children ages 05 in a licensed early childhood setting
- A growth mindset strong communication skills and a passion for child-centered education
- Ability to manage a classroom environment with consistency compassion and intention
- CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
