Job Summary
Location:Nevermore Preschool
Reports To: Principal / HR Coordinator
Role Summary:
Provide classroom instruction and maintain a positive learning environment in the absence of the regular teacher.
Key Responsibilities:
- Follow lesson plans provided by the regular teacher.
- Manage classroom behavior and ensure student safety.
- Adapt to different grade levels and subjects as needed.
- Report attendance and any issues to school administration.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelors degree preferred).
- Teaching certification or substitute permit as required by state.
- Strong communication and classroom management skills.
