Workday Analyst

Workday analyst on the project. The analyst will work closely with other IS analysts on the implementation. We are looking for someone with Workday analyst experience strongest in HCM but would need to know both FIN and terms of priorities and activity focus (in order of priority):
- HCM analyst to act as a primary point of contact for HR staff including helping them to understand the system and support HR with decision making. We are looking at having this analyst the primary point of contact for HR ensuring Cognizant implementation partner can complete planned tasks. We have some items like Attendance configurations that are largely absent and need to be built from scratch aligned with agreements and provide me input as the Organizational Change lead.
- Ensure system configurations meet requirements of our entities. We have 3 different payroll systems for separate corporations in our health system and we want to align configurations across the groups as much as possible.
- Partner with IS Analysts to accelerate system understanding.
