Monitor and resolve first mile escalations related to pickup delays failed handovers or courier misrouting.
Act as a point of contact between sellers courier partners and internal teams for operational issues.
Track daily pickup adherence ensure shipment readiness from seller end and escalate non-compliance cases.
Coordinate with the category/brand team and logistics partners to ensure timely and smooth pickup operations.
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by identifying process gaps and recommending optimizations.
Full-time
