Job Description
Oversee the successful transfer qualification and production ramp of our latest generation of GaN Power FET technology
Work with our technology development and foundry operations team to quickly identify and solve problems while keeping the programs on track
Provide regular written updates to the management team and key stakeholders while quickly highlighting issues in a proactive manner
Apply basic program management techniques and methodologies to effectively manage and track the overall execution of the transfers
Qualifications :
Bachelor or higher in Engineering Material Science Physics or a related technical field
Minimum 10 years of semiconductor or high-tech experience along with at least 5 years of direct or indirect leadership. Direct experience working within a wafer fab environment is preferred but not required
