Job Description:
This is an exciting opportunity to play a crucial role in transforming traditional education delivery into a modern scalable online learning experience. You ll work directly with an experienced educator to create comprehensive online courses that will be delivered both live and on-demand while building the complete digital marketing and technical infrastructure needed to support this transition. This role combines creative content development technical implementation and digital marketing making it perfect for a versatile VA who enjoys diverse meaningful work that directly impacts students learning experiences worldwide.
Responsibilities:
- Part-time: 4 hours per day 5 days per week (20 hours weekly)
- Flexible during the clients operational hours
- Client Timezone: UK (BST)

- Design and implement complete online course platforms that support both live instruction and on-demand learning experiences
- Create engaging video content for social media platforms including professional editing with text overlays trimming and streamlined post-production for daily content release
- Develop visually appealing infographics and branded graphic materials that maintain consistent styling across all educational content
- Integrate sophisticated online learning management systems with existing WordPress/Elementor websites to create seamless sales and delivery experiences
- Build and optimize automated email marketing systems including lead capture forms contact database management and nurturing sequences
- Streamline administrative processes by setting up automation tools that eliminate manual data entry and improve operational efficiency
- Support the complete digital transformation of an established education business by handling all technical aspects while the client focuses on content creation and teaching
Requirements
- Proven experience with online course creation platforms and learning management systems (LMS)
- Advanced video editing skills for social media content creation and educational materials
- Strong graphic design capabilities with experience creating infographics and branded educational content
- Expert-level WordPress knowledge specifically with Elementor page builder and e-commerce integration
- Proficiency in email marketing automation platforms and lead generation systems
- Technical expertise in integrating multiple digital platforms and troubleshooting connectivity issues
- Excellent English communication skills with ability to work independently across different time zones
- Strong project management skills with ability to handle multiple concurrent projects and meet deadlines
- Experience working with educational content or online learning environments preferred
