If youre a patient-focused Practice Manager looking for a rewarding role in a friendly and professional environment look no further than Donovans Dental Practice in Petworth.
- 40 hours per week over 5 days (we may look at 4 days in time)
- Opening hours Monday to Thursday 9-5.30pm Friday 8-4pm
- No onsite parking but paid-for parking is close by
Donovans Dental Care is a trusted dental practice in the heart of Petworth offering high-quality dental care to patients in Pulborough Tillington and across West Sussex. Our experienced team provides a range of dental treatments in a welcoming and comfortable environment. The practice was recently refreshed throughout all clinical and patient spaces.
About you
We welcome your application if you have leadership or Lead Dental Nurse experience within a dental setting.
- Experience of working with financial records to include P&L KPIs and budget planning
- Experience of managing a team including knowledge of HR processes and compliance
- The ability to communicate effectively with the employed team/self-employed clinicians and lead them with a positive proactive approach
- Proven experience with business development and managing positive patient experience
