Core Responsibilities
Define and execute the local business strategy to achieve growth profitability and market share targets.
Oversee financial performance ensuring compliance efficiency and transparency.
Drive business development marketing and customer engagement in the Portuguese market.
Ensure operational excellence across logistics procurement and service delivery.
Inspire lead and develop a high-performing team in a collaborative culture.
Define individual and team objectives in line with strategic orientations.
Organize training and encourage employees skills development.
Represents Group in Portugal at events trade shows and with key stakeholders.
Manage the subsidiarys budget and ensure the profitability of all activities.
Analyze financial performance anticipate risks and take decisions to optimize results.
Ensure compliance with financial standards and transparency of local operations.
Supervise and actively participate in commercial activities and sales optimization.
Develop and execute marketing strategies adapted to the Portuguese market to maximize the visibility of the company products.
Develop and maintain relationships with key customers distributors and strategic partners.
Collaborate with local teams to guarantee product quality and conformity.
Monitor market trends and Portuguese health and nutrition regulations.
What we Require
Masters degree in Management Business or equivalent.
10 years of leadership experience ideally in nutrition agri-food or healthcare.
Proven track record in P&L ownership sales strategy and market development.
Strong knowledge of the Portuguese market and health nutrition trends.
Fluency in Portuguese and English; Spanish is an asset.
Negotiation and interpersonal skills to develop sustainable partnerships.
Natural leadership and ability to motivate and inspire a team.
Excellent analytical and decision-making skills.
