Job Description
Job Title: Project Manager
Education:
Bachelors degree in IT Management Engineering Computer Science Information Systems Business Management or a related discipline.
Minimum Experience:
At least five (5) years of experience managing Navy or Department of Defense (DoD) enterprise network transformation and cybersecurity initiatives.
Proven experience leading teams of 20 or more personnel.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide day-to-day technical and management support for assigned projects spanning all Section 3 requirements and activities.
Organize direct and coordinate the planning execution and production of all project activities and deliverables.
Apply advanced techniques to identify eliminate or mitigate risks related to solutions projects and business operations.
Analyze complex information and situations to determine effective actions that ensure project objectives schedules and quality standards are met.
Ensure compliance with contractual obligations technical requirements and organizational policies.
Certifications & Training:
Required: Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
Desired: ITIL v3 or later Foundations certification.
Security Clearance:
Active TS/SCI clearance required (must have a current SSBI within the last five years).
