Requirements:
- English level: Upper-Intermediate (B2) or higherability to communicate confidently in writing.
- Strong interest in recruitment and talent acquisition.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new tools and processes.
- Proactive attitude and willingness to take initiative.
- Comfortable working with online platforms social media and professional networks (e.g. LinkedIn).
- Ability to work both independently.
Nice to have:
- Familiarity with LinkedIn or other job boards.
- Basic knowledge of Boolean search or recruitment tools (can be trained).
What Youll Do:
- Identify potential candidates through online research social media and job boards.
- Support recruiters by building and maintaining talent pipelines.
- Communicate with candidates to introduce opportunities and generate interest.
- Keep recruitment databases and records up to date.
- Learn and apply sourcing techniques to find top professionals in various fields.
