Content Moderation Specialist - Italian English
Location: Lisbon Portugal
Start Date: September 4 2025
Work Arrangement: On-Site
Schedule: 24/7 rotating shifts Monday to Sunday (2 rotative days off)
Position Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Content Moderation Specialist fluent in both Italian and English to join our dynamic team in Lisbon. This role involves maintaining platform safety and community standards through content review and moderation activities.
Compensation & Benefits
Base Package
- Welcome Bonus: 2000
- Additional Bonus: 1000 over 14 months
- Monthly Bonus: 100 for 11 months
Daily Benefits
- Meal Allowance: 7.23 per day
- Transport Allowance: 20 per month
- Health Insurance: Available from day 1 (monthly fee required) becomes free after 6 months
Lisbon-Specific Benefits
- Airfare Reimbursement: Up to 400 (Economy class) after 6 months of employment
- Relocation Support: Shared apartment accommodation for up to 12 months at 280/month (utilities included deducted from payslip)

Requirements
