The Development Design & Construction (DD&C) team brings our strategic vision to life by shaping building and delivering our assets. From early-stage planning and design through to construction and handover the team creates high-quality sustainable and innovative spaces that enhance the experience for our customers retailers and communities. DD&C ensures that our centres continue to evolve stay relevant and drive long-term value for the business.
Day-to-day you will be responsible for:
Development Executives guide DD&C projects across our portfolio. This means securing regulatory and co-owner approvals managing budgets and SAPaligned initiatives and translating strategic masterplans into delivered valueensuring each project drives asset growth and aligns with our long-term strategy.
