Inviting applications for the role of Assistant Manager Record to Report (Reporting)
In this role we seek a finance and accounting professional with prior management reporting experience. You should have strong data analytics skills.
Responsibilities
Excellent knowledge of Management Reports: Financial Reports: Income statements balance sheets cash flow statements.
Knowledge of financial accounting principles: Understanding of financial reporting and accounting standards IFRS /GAAP(for financial reporting roles).
Gathering analyzing and interpreting business data from various sources to create meaningful management reports.
Perform Flux Analysis
Providing actionable insights from data analysis to support decision-making and strategic planning.
Working with different departments to understand reporting needs and ensure data accuracy.
Developing and maintaining various management reports including financial statements operational metrics and performance dashboards.
Using tools like dashboards to present data in an easy-to-understand format for management.
Identifying areas for improvement in reporting processes and implementing solutions.
Presenting reports and insights to management and other stakeholders.
Strong analytical skills: Ability to analyze complex data and identify trends.
Excellent communication skills: Ability to clearly and concisely present information to various audiences.
Attention to detail: Ensuring accuracy and completeness of reports.
Problem-solving skills: Identifying and resolving issues related to data or reporting processes.
Execute internal controls and checks as part of the process and Performing task with accuracy and timelines

Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum Qualifications
CA / CMA / CA-Inter / Degree or PG in Finance - / / MBA Finance

Preferred Qualifications/ Skills
Proven experience in reputed Captive/Outsourcing RTR Operations.
Relevant work experience in management reporting profile.
SAP ERP experience is mandatory.
Workday ERP experience will be added advantage.
Oracle HFM experience will be added advantage.
Proficient in MS Office applications especially in MS excel(Advance Excel)
Excellent Written and Verbal Communication skills.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills and ability to handle team and client discussions.
Must be a positive and energetic team player.
Ability to work effectively under pressure.
