Job Responsibilities:
- Assist the Project Manager in planning coordinating and executing engineering projects.
- Monitor project progress timelines and deliverables to ensure quality and cost objectives are met.
- Prepare project documentation reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams suppliers and clients to resolve project-related issues.
- Support risk management problem-solving and implementation of corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance with company policies safety standards and engineering practices.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Engineering (Mechanical Electrical or related field).
- 3-5 years of relevant project management or engineering experience.
- Strong organizational and coordination skills with attention to detail.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills to work with internal teams and external parties.
- Proficiency in project management tools and MS Office applications.
- Able to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
Salary Range: RM7k - RM12k
