Qualifications and Skills
- Proven experience in raw material sourcing ensuring the acquisition of high-quality materials at competitive prices.
- Extensive knowledge in buying and procurement processes with a focus on efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
- Strong proficiency in supply chain management to enhance and streamline organizational operations.
- Expertise in inventory management to maintain optimal stock levels and reduce holding costs.
- Familiarity with ERP systems to support seamless integration of procurement activities.
- Excellent negotiation skills to build and sustain beneficial supplier relationships.
- Ability to analyze market trends to forecast and address potential supply chain challenges effectively.
- Strong organizational and leadership skills to oversee the purchasing departments activities and projects.
