Job Responsibilities:

  • Respond to inbound customer inquiries through phone email and chat.
  • Schedule service appointments and follow up with customers to confirm details.
  • Handle customer questions regarding service options promotions and general inquiries.
  • Follow up with leads and generate new opportunities for the service departments.
  • Work closely with the service team to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Alert customers when we receive vehicle alerts regarding oil life tire rotations and recalls.
  • Sets service appointment reminders and no-show calls and emails.
  • Meet and exceed individual performance goals related to lead generation customer satisfaction and appointment scheduling.

Position Information:

This is a full-time non-exempt position. Your typical schedule will be an average of 40-45 hours per week. Days worked will vary from week to week depending on business needs and alternating Saturdays are required.
