Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers for transport & logistics services
- Provide information on services rates and delivery timelines
- Coordinate with the operations team to ensure bookings and deliveries are scheduled on time
- Maintain customer database and update booking details in the system
- Follow up on pending payments and delivery confirmations
- Handle basic customer queries and escalate complex issues to the senior team
Skills Required:
- Good communication skills in Languages Required
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel Email Data Entry)
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
- Customer service orientation
- Knowledge of transport/logistics will be an added advantage
