Job Description

This is a remote position.

also known as a telephone operator or telemarketer is responsible for making and receiving phone calls to promote products gather information or provide customer support. They engage with customers address queries and aim to generate leads or sales. This role requires strong communication and interpersonal skills as well as the ability to handle customer interactions professionally and persuasively.
Key Responsibilities:
Outbound Calls: Making calls to potential customers to introduce products services or offers.
Inbound Calls: Handling incoming calls from customers addressing their inquiries and resolving issues.
Lead Generation: Identifying and qualifying potential customers for sales teams.
Sales & Promotion: Persuading customers to purchase products or services.
Customer Relationship Management: Maintaining accurate customer records and following up on leads.
Complaint Resolution: Addressing customer complaints and providing solutions professionally.
Meeting Targets: Achieving daily/weekly call targets and contributing to team goals.
Product Knowledge: Staying updated on product information and industry trends.
Reporting & Documentation: Maintaining call logs and reports as required.
Compliance: Adhering to company policies and telecalling scripts.
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build rapport with customers and handle diverse personalities.
Persuasion and Negotiation: Skills to influence customer decisions and close sales.
