We are looking for an experienced CAPEX Program Manager to oversee capital expenditure (CAPEX) projects within our aerospace operations. You will manage large-scale investments in infrastructure equipment and technology ensuring projects align with strategic goals budgets and timelines. to oversee capital expenditure (CAPEX) projects within our aerospace operations. The successful you will manage large-scale investments in infrastructure equipment and technology ensuring projects align with strategic objectives budgets and timelines. This position will sit in one of our Aerospace locations and will report to USCA Procurement Operations and Sourcing Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
CAPEX Planning & Execution: Develop and manage the CAPEX portfolio ensuring investments support business growth and operational efficiency.
Project Management: Lead end-to-end execution of capital projects from feasibility studies to implementation.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Work with engineering operations finance and procurement teams to align project goals.
Risk & Compliance Management: Ensure CAPEX investments comply with aerospace industry regulations and safety standards.
Vendor & Contract Management: Oversee supplier negotiations contracts and performance for CAPEX-related assets.
Financial Oversight: Oversee budgets cost tracking and financial forecasting for CAPEX projects.
Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve CAPEX investments reducing waste and improving Return on investment.
Qualifications:
US Citizen
5 years of direct procurement supply chain or sourcing experience in a large corporate setting
Prefer 7 years of experience in CAPEX management within aerospace or high-tech manufacturing.
Advanced Excel
Data analytics
Experience using supply chain management software and tools including QAD GSV Oracle ePro and capital investment modeling tools
Fluency in English in writing and speaking
Familiarity with industry standards including AS9100 FAA regulations and defense compliance.
