Freelance Position Remote (EST/CST)
Whiteboard Marketing a national dental marketing agency seeks an experienced Digital Project Manager to join our project roster. Were looking for a strategic collaborator to manage website developments and digital marketing initiatives for our dental clients on a contract basis.
Core Responsibilities:
- Lead website development projects from kickoff to launch
- Coordinate with our remote team of designers developers and content specialists
- Develop and maintain project timelines and milestones
- Manage client communications and expectations
- Monitor project scope and deliverables
- Identify and mitigate potential risks
- Ensure quality standards are met across all deliverables
- Drive efficient resource allocation and timeline management
Technical Expertise:
- Strong command of project management methodologies
- Experience with collaboration and PM tools
- Understanding of website development processes
- Familiarity with digital marketing principles
- Excellence in documentation and process management
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of digital project management experience
- Agency background preferred
- Healthcare/dental industry experience a plus
- PMP certification or equivalent experience valued
- Proven track record of remote project delivery
- Outstanding and professional communication skills
Project Scope:
- Website development management
- Resource allocation and timeline planning
- Client relationship management
- Quality assurance oversight
Location & Availability:
- Must be based in EST or CST time zone
- Flexible hours with some overlap for team collaboration
- Long-term relationship potential for the right candidate
