Job Description

Position Overview:

The Project Manager will oversee all aspects of industrial ventilation and pneumatic conveying projects including planning scheduling procurement and on-site coordination. This role requires a hands-on leader with strong technical knowledge in fluid power and/or air flow dynamics experience reviewing CAD drawings and proven ability to manage complex projects from design to delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end project management for industrial ventilation and pneumatic conveying systems.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans tracking progress for upper management and stakeholders.
  • Coordinate with CAD designers on layouts review and approve drawings and ensure accuracy before fabrication.
  • Order materials based on approved drawings and ensure timely delivery.
  • Create and maintain installation and shipping schedules.
  • Conduct pre-construction site visits and monitor installation progress to identify and resolve potential interferences.
  • Oversee system startup verify air readings and provide on-site operator training for customers.
  • Maintain clear professional communication with customers foremen OEM partners and company leadership.

Required Qualifications:

  • Proven experience managing Industrial Ventilation and/or Pneumatic Conveying projects.
  • Working knowledge of Autodesk Vault Inventor and Revit.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel Microsoft Word and project management software.
  • Strong understanding of fluid power and/or air flow dynamics.
  • Familiarity with OSHA safety regulations and the ability to enforce safety compliance.
  • Hands-on involvement with CAD design review pricing and ordering project components.
  • Excellent organizational time management and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to travel as needed including occasional weekends to meet project demands.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Technical degree in Engineering Manufacturing Technology or related field.
  • Experience in industrial equipment installation and commissioning.
