Job Description

Overnight Operations Supervisor

As the Overnight Operations Supervisor you will be responsible for quality assurance of service filling gaps in scheduling/ staffing needs responding to customer issues in the portfolioproviding a great experience for all customers parking at your location. You will provide positive customer and client interactions while maintaining an agreeable helpful attitude. As well as check in with all overnight team members in the portfolio This position reports directly to Parkwells Project Manager at the location.

Schedule:

Parkwell is searching a full time employee to fill this overnight position with typical hours being from 11pm-7am with a Tuesday-Saturday schedule.

Responsibilities:

Duties Related to Customer and Client Service:

• Ensure coverage at all locations is adequate
• Audit daily paperwork for sites within the portfolio
• Greet every customer you encounter with warm and friendly greeting
• Offer to assist every/any customer who appears to be in need of assistance and be able to anticipate guests needs
• Coach and train other associates on service delivery
• Maintain a high level of professionalism with clients and work to establish a positive rapport with every customer learn the names and key people at each site (property managers engineers janitorial security etc)
• Report immediately to management any issues related to equipment customer or client experience.
• Must be able to accurately verify collect and record revenue

Safety and Security:

• Troubleshoot issues with parking equipment
• Abides by all Parkwell safety standards and training
• Secure keys in locked podium/key box
• Verifies ownership of vehicles keys for claim check
• Be able to preform and stay organized under stress
• Maintain a high level of integrity in regards to guests guest vehicles and personal possessions
• Report all incidents immediately to supervisor or manager

Physical Requirements

Must be able to run as required by business demand

Must be able to stand for an 8-hour shift

Must be able to lift 50 lbs.

Must be able to navigate in tight quarters

Schedule needs vary based on business demand. This position is expected to submit daily reporting based on the location(s) worked tasks performed as well as reporting of MOD calls that may be answered throughout the overnight shift.
