We are looking for an ambitious and target-oriented Business Development and Sales Manager to drive growth across our portfolio of enterprise solutions including ERP (SAP & Oracle) application development business intelligence (BI) and other IT services. This role focuses on acquiring new clients managing end-to-end sales processes and developing strategic relationships across industries such as manufacturing retail logistics healthcare and finance.
Key Responsibilities
Plan and execute sales and business development strategies to meet and exceed revenue goals for ERP and enterprise IT solutions.
Identify qualify and close new business opportunities through prospecting cold calling networking and leveraging industry contacts.
Engage decision-makers and influencers in target industries tailoring pitches and solutions to industry-specific needs.
Manage the full sales lifecycle: lead generation qualification solution proposal pricing negotiation and closure.
Build and maintain strong relationships with C-level executives IT heads and procurement teams.
Partner with pre-sales and delivery teams to develop customized client-centric ERP and IT service solutions.
Respond to RFPs and RFIs prepare impactful proposals and presentations and drive contract negotiations.
Maintain accurate sales forecasts pipeline data and activity records using CRM and reporting tools.
Stay updated on ERP trends (SAP & Oracle) licensing models and competitor offerings to position our solutions effectively.
Represent the company at industry events conferences webinars and networking opportunities to generate leads and increase visibility.
