If you would like to use a sub vendor only 1 level deep please use Formstack link: The State of Michigan is looking for: Project Manager 3 Max Bill Rate: -/hour Top Skills & Years of Experience: - 5 years overall experience - Experience with the ADKAR (Prosci) Framework - Proven ability to lead large cross-functional teams and manage high-visibility projects with medium to high risk. - Strong leadership interpersonal and communication skills with experience interacting with Agency Leadership. - Ability to manage both technical delivery and change management efforts within complex environments. - Demonstrated success managing vendor-supported projects with integrated technical components and stakeholder groups. Clear and concise written and verbal communication is crucial to success and productivity in this role. Will close submissions on: 8/20 at 10am EST Interview Process: Virtual Interview via MS Teams video. Please use laptop and be prepared to share screen if asked.
