Description:
- It can be full-time or part-time.
- Financial Analyst is primary responsibility but this role will also have some Project Management support responsibilities.
- The first few weeks would require about 50/50 onsite work and after that would be primary remote 80% remote.
- 5-10 Years Provides analytical support to deliver financial results.
- Works with internal employees and external vendors to resolve issues and provide ad-hoc financial analysis.
- Prepares cost reports including forecasts and outlooks assists with the allocation of funds for projects based on approved budgets and monitors project accounting.
- They validate invoices expenditures and change requests impacting budgets.
- Identify and implement improvements to cost management processes for greater efficiency and effectiveness.
- Financial analysts support project budgeting and forecasting metrics reporting and TE analysis.
- Analyzes financial status by collecting monitoring and studying data and recommending actions.
- Determines the cost of operations by establishing standard costs and collecting operational data.
- Identifies financial status by comparing and analyzing actual results with plans and forecasts.
- Guides the cost analysis process by establishing and enforcing policies and procedures.
- Providing trends and forecasts explaining processes and techniques and recommending actions.
- Improves financial status by analyzing results monitoring variances identifying trends recommending actions to management.
- Reconcile transactions by comparing and correcting data.
- maintains databases by entering verifying and backing up data.
- Recommends actions based on data analysis and interpretation as well as comparative analyses.
- Studying proposed changes in methods and materials increases productivity by developing automated accounting applications.
- Coordinating information requirements protects operations by keeping financial information confidential. attends educational workshops to keep technical knowledge up to date.
- Reviewing publications contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
