THE POSITION: The Director Client will ensure critical activities related to client onboarding services engagement and communication are not only met but exceed industry service expectations. This position will work closely between STACK and the client to ensure world-class service and success across the client lifecycle for a large-scale multi-billion-dollar campus-level data center construction project. RESPONSIBILITIES: - Develop and manage world-class and scalable Client processes at every point in the Client lifecycle including sales on-boarding delivery administration and post-sale Client services
- Cultivate and navigate both Client and STACK Delivery Team relationships to ensure active communication and transparency of project performance during project execution
- Collaborate across internal teams to identify and deploy programs to help drive business value with Clients
- Promote expand and mentor the Client Success Team; setting strategy for hiring and training
- Lead the team to gather and present Client operational and business function measures at monthly quarterly and annual business reviews
- Partner closely with sales teams to engage with prospective and existing Clients; respond to RFPs and prospect tours
- Work across multiple teams internally to ensure that Client questions are visible to the entire organization and communication to Clients is managed in a proactive efficient transparent and timely manner.
REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE: - Bachelors Degree or equivalent work experience
- 5 years experience in customer service in a supervisory role
- Experience in a Construction or data-center related field strongly preferred
- Comfort creating process and implementing strategies and procedures that serve an organization
- Ability to execute process and prioritize tasks with minimal-to-no supervision
- Ability to perform work at multiple levels (analysis project management strategy leadership)
THE DETAILS: - Location: Denver CO; other STACK data centers to be considered based on candidate skills and experience
- Travel: Some domestic travel required up to 15%
- Compensation: $120000 to $140000 with 20% annual bonus potential
- Must be eligible to work in the United States
- Must pass comprehensive background screening
