Job Description
Laborer Garbage Collection
Location:McKinney TX
Schedule:MondayFriday 6:30 AM start time 50 hours/week
Pay:$18.00/hr
Waste Connections is growing and adding General Laborer to our team in McKinney TX! This is a physically demanding outdoor role where youll work on the back of a garbage truck manually collecting waste and helping keep our community clean and safe.
Responsibilities
Manually collect garbage and load it into the back of a waste collection truck
Work outdoors in all weather conditions ensuring timely and efficient service
Support the driver with safe and effective waste collection practices
Follow all safety procedures and company policies
Assist with other duties as assigned by supervisors
Requirements
Ability to lift up to 60 lbs repeatedly throughout the day
Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
Valid drivers license with a clean driving record
Reliable punctual and safety-focused
