Job Description
Plumbing/HVAC Project Manager in Orange County/Los Angeles Area
This is a permanent full time position offering a competitive salary and benefits package.
Responsibilities:
- Balance time between office and job site
- Manage projects from inception to close out ensuring projects are completed safely on-time and under budget
- Coordinate with building owners general contractor sub-contractors vendors suppliers superintendents and internal Sr-leadership/Project Management team
- Manage schedules budgets change-orders submit RFIs
Requirements:
- Currently work for a large commercial mechanical (hvac or plumbing) construction company working on plan-spec design-build design-bid-build projects among others
- Large commercial project experience working on schools hospitals airports highrises hotels stadiums data centers commercial buildings among others
- Plumbing Pipefitting or Sheet Metal Apprenticeship Journeyman Program
- Bachelors in mechanical engineering or Construction Management
- Software knowledge: OST (Quickpen/Trimble Accubid Viewpoint Quotesoft or others) BlueBeam/Adobe MS Project/Primavera Procore among others
- Local and stable work-history
