Plumbing/HVAC Project Manager job in Orange County CA
This is a permanent full time position that offers a great salary benefits and career-growth opportunities.
Responsibilities:
- Manage one or multiple commercial HVAC/Plumbing TI and new construction projects
- Make sure project is completed on-time and under budget
- Submit change-orders and RFIs
- Coordinate with vendors and subcontractors
- Communicate with GCs Owners and other trades
Requirements:
- 5 years of commercial hvac and plumbing construction project management experience
- Stable work-history
- Local
