Mechanical (Plumbing Piping HVAC) Estimatorposition in WA
We are currently looking for a Mechanical (Plumbing Piping HVAC) Estimatorto fill an immediate opening. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in mechanical estimating.
Responsibilities for the Mechanical (Plumbing Piping HVAC) Estimator
- Build Conceptual Design-Build and Plan-Spec Estimates for Plumbing Piping and HVAC departments and approve final Estimates
- Build effective profitable winning bids for upcoming projects
- Mentor Jr/Mid-Level Plumbing Piping and HVAC Estimators
Requirements for the Mechanical (Plumbing Piping HVAC) Estimator
- 10 years of experience
- Extensive Estimating experience
- Extensive Plumbing Piping and HVAC knowledge
- Plan & Specifications and Design/Build project experience
