Job Description
This is a permanent full time position offering a competitive salary and benefits package.
Responsibilities:
- Ability to manage multiple jobs.
- Build and maintain a strong relationship with current and potential clients to ensure services are being met and exceeding their expectations.
- Construct identify and resolve potential project and basic computer issues.
- Install service and maintaincommercial HVAC & building automation systems
- Ensures project estimate documents and other information are available to all necessary personnel to maximize productivity throughout the project.
Requirements:
- Completed Apprenticeship Journeyman OSHA and other Certifications preferred.
- 4 years of Controls Project Manager field experience in building controls and automation: schools hospitals airports high-rises hotels stadiums data centers commercial buildings among others.
- Proficient in HVAC Software/Programming and Building Automation Systems
