Job Overview

The Senior Business Development Manager (BDM) - WEB3 will be responsible for leading strategic initiatives to accelerate Antier Solutions growth in the Web3 ecosystem. This full-time position is based in Mohali. The ideal candidate will have experience in blockchain technology specifically within the domain of DeFi and crypto and will drive sales operations identify new market opportunities and foster relationships with potential clients and partners.


Qualifications and Skills

  • Significant experience in blockchain technology providing a deep understanding of the Web3 landscape and crypto space.
  • Proven track record in sales management within the IT consulting or blockchain sectors demonstrating exceptional client acquisition skills.
  • Strong understanding of the Web3 ecosystem including key platforms technologies and industry best practices.
  • In-depth knowledge of tokenomics and the ability to leverage token models for business growth and value creation.
  • Experience and understanding of decentralized finance (DeFi) mechanisms and how they integrate into ecosystems.
  • Demonstrated ability to execute fundraising efforts including identifying potential investment opportunities and facilitating partnerships.
  • Strategic thinker with the capacity to anticipate industry trends and position the company at the forefront of new opportunities.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders effectively.


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Lead business development efforts identifying new market opportunities and potential clients to expand Antiers presence in the Web3 domain.
  • Build and maintain strategic partnerships and alliances with key stakeholders in the blockchain community.
  • Develop and implement a sales strategy to meet and exceed revenue targets while also nurturing long-term client relationships.
  • Work closely with the product and technical teams to align client needs with Antiers solutions and offerings.
  • Participate in industry events and forums to elevate Antiers brand and expand professional networks.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted campaigns that drive awareness and engagement.
  • Provide insights and feedback to refine Antiers go-to-market strategies for Web3 products and services.
  • Ensure that all business development activities are aligned with the overall strategic direction of the company.
