Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and proactive female candidate to join our team as a Sales Merchant. This role involves extensive communication with customers order processing customer interaction payment follow-ups and contributing to customer acquisition efforts.
Tasks
- Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and provide suitable solutions.
- Process orders received from customers efficiently and accurately.
- Interact with customers through various channels to ensure a positive experience.
- Follow up on payments and ensure timely resolution of any payment-related issues.
- Actively contribute to customer acquisition strategies and initiatives.
Requirements
- Proficient in English with average speaking and writing skills.
- Strong email communication abilities.
- Proficiency in Excel or similar tools for order processing and data management.
- Proven track record in customer interaction and relationship management.
- Excellent follow-up skills to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Minimum 1 Year Exp in the relevant Job Profile.
