About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Open Employment Services Manager to lead integrate and grow our open employment programs. This senior leadership role will oversee the delivery of high-quality client-focused disability employment services ensuring operational excellence financial sustainability and continuous improvement.

Reporting to the General Manager of Employment you will lead a dedicated team manage stakeholder relationships (including CoAct and service partners) ensure compliance with contractual and quality standards and drive service innovation to meet the evolving needs of our clients and communities.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage staff to achieve performance targets service quality and strategic objectives.
  • Oversee service delivery across multiple sites ensuring compliance with NSDS ISO CoAct and organisational requirements.
  • Build and strengthen partnerships with employers community organisations and service partners.
  • Identify and implement service innovations business growth opportunities and process improvements.
  • Manage budgets monitor financial performance and take corrective action where needed.
  • Oversee handling of serious complaints incidents and grievances in line with policy.
  • Champion a culture of inclusion collaboration and continuous improvement.

About You:

You are an experienced leader with a strong track record in managing employment services or similar programs. You excel at building high-performing teams fostering positive relationships with stakeholders and ensuring service quality and compliance. You are also strategic financially astute and committed to achieving meaningful outcomes for clients.

Selection Criteria:

  • Proven senior leadership experience within employment disability or community services.
  • Demonstrated success in managing budgets service growth and operational performance.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and partnership-building skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of NSDS and employment services sector standards.
  • Exceptional communication team building and decision-making abilities.
  • Current drivers licence and NDIS Worker Screening Check (or ability to obtain).
