About the Role

Thrive Early Learning Centres is seeking an experienced and motivated Centre Leader (Director) to lead our beautiful Mount Druitt centre. Were looking for someone who thrives in a team environment is committed to high-quality education and care and is ready to make a positive impact in the lives of children families and educators.

As Centre Leader (Director) youll lead your team with integrity confidence and a strong commitment to quality. Youll manage the day-to-day operations of the centre support your educators engage families and ensure compliance with the National Quality Framework (NQF).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead mentor and inspire a team of passionate educators
  • Oversee daily operations ensuring smooth compliant and high-quality practices
  • Build strong relationships with families staff and the local community
  • Manage enrolments occupancy budgets and staffing
  • Maintain high standards in educational programming and regulatory compliance

What Were Looking For

  • Diploma or Degree in Early Childhood Education (or ACECQA approved equivalent)
  • Proven leadership experience in an early childhood setting
  • Strong knowledge of the National Quality Framework (NQS EYLF and Regulations)
  • Current NSW Employee Working with Children Check First Aid CPR Child Protection & Asthma/Anaphylaxis training
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A genuine passion for early childhood education and a desire to make a difference
