Job Description

LOOKING FOR STELLAR TOP CANDIDATES

Position:Marketing Manager
Working Hours: Full-Time Monday to Friday 9 AM to 5 PM EST.
Salary:$2000 - 2500 (paid every month-end)
Search:Latin America and South Africa
Equipment:Candidates must have their own equipment/software. Equipment will be provided after 3-month probation

About the Role:

The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies for our 55 lifestyle communities. This includes managing digital campaigns collaborating with third-party vendors overseeing community events and working closely with on-site teams to ensure a consistent brand voice.

This is a high-impact remote position for someone who can work independently think strategically and execute with precisionespecially when marketing to an affluent lifestyle-driven audience.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Strategy & Execution
    • Develop and implement marketing strategies for multiple residential communities.
    • Craft campaigns that drive on-site visits and lead conversions through digital channels (email social media paid ads).
    • Manage marketing rollouts and brand positioning for new community launches.
  • Digital Campaign Oversight
    • Oversee and optimize campaigns on Google Ads Facebook and Instagram.
    • Coordinate with our digital marketing partner (Big Rig Media) to review monthly reports and improve campaign performance.
    • Maintain and optimize Google Business profiles and ensure consistent website updates and SEO.
  • Community Engagement
    • Plan and manage on-site events to increase foot traffic and resident engagement.
    • Collaborate with property managers and sales teams to unify online and offline brand messaging.
  • Content Management & Lead Systems
    • Create or manage content using tools like CapCut or similar.
    • Oversee automated lead response systems and CRM workflows tailored to each communitys development stage.
  • Reporting & Analysis
    • Track marketing KPIs and performance metrics.
    • Provide actionable insights and regular updates to the asset management team.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years in marketing ideally in real estate property management or related industries.
  • Target Demographic Knowledge: Proven success in marketing to the 55 demographic.
  • Digital Proficiency: Strong experience with Google Ads Meta (Facebook/Instagram) platforms email marketing tools and content creation platforms.
  • Data-Driven: Comfortable interpreting marketing performance reports and making strategic adjustments.
  • Collaborative & Independent: Able to work remotely while coordinating effectively with both internal teams and external vendors.
  • Organized: Excellent time management and event planning skills.
  • Long-Term Commitment

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience managing Google Business pages and online listings.
  • Familiarity with automated CRM/lead management tools.
  • Basic understanding of traditional marketing tactics.
  • Strong portfolio of previous campaigns (digital and/or events).
