Peripheral Territory Manager - San Jose
Position Overview
The Peripheral Territory Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth within their designated territory of San Jose. This role involves strategic account management relationship building with key healthcare professionals effective territory planning and promoting innovative health solutions. The ideal candidate will have a passion for healthcare technology and a desire to make a tangible impact in patient care.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic territory plans to achieve sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals and key stakeholders.
- Conduct product demonstrations and provide training to customers on the use of health solutions.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to strategize effectively.
Essential Qualifications
- Bachelor s degree and clean driving history.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A deep understanding of the healthcare industry and current market dynamics.
- Case coverage experience (there is no on call for this role) ASC/OBL and Hospital sales experience selling in the medical device space.
- Proven track record of success.
Desired Experience
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in sales or territory management in the medical device sector.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Experience in account management and customer relationship building.
- Peripheral vascular experience is required for a higher base salary offer.
