About the Role
Were looking for someone to turn our social presence into one of our most powerful growth and brand-building channels. Youll be responsible for building and running channel strategies that drive awareness relevance and engagement and fuel the full customer journey from first touch to loyal repeat purchases.
Youll lead the transformation of our Instagram-first strategy while laying the foundations for a scalable social footprint across other platforms (LinkedIn Pinterest YouTube and beyond). Were a startup so you can expect the role to be very hands-on: from shaping the strategy and creating content to managing community interactions and tracking performance. Youll work closely with our influencer performance marketing and brand teams to ensure social is amplifying and integrating well with all channels.

What Youll Be Responsible For
- Develop and own our social channel strategy: starting with Instagram then scaling learnings to additional platforms over time.
- Turn social into a true conversion layer not a content graveyard: optimise profiles bios highlights and landing experiences to convert traffic from influencer paid and organic reach.
- Integrate social with paid influencer marketing and ecommerce: collaborate with these teams to warm audiences improve creative performance and support campaign goals.
- Lead community engagement as a growth lever: respond quickly and meaningfully to comments/DMs foster positive sentiment and build loyalty through interaction.
- Lead day-to-day social execution: from content creation (photo/video editing copywriting scheduling) to proactive community management.
- Establish tracking and reporting systems: monitor profile-to-site flow CTR engagement sentiment and audience trends to guide content and budget decisions.
What Were Looking For
- Proven experience delivering business impact via social for consumer brands ideally in a startup or high-growth environment.
- A creative vision and hands-on creative skills: comfortable creating/editing content yourself (tools of your choice) while also directing others.
- Strong understanding of platform-native behaviour and algorithm trends especially on Instagram.
- Experience managing community engagement and using it to drive measurable brand and performance results.
- Data-literate: able to use analytics to shape strategy and report impact (Google Analytics platform insights UTM tracking) and setting up your own reports
- Experience working cross-functionally with paid influencer and brand teams.
- Comfortable with both strategic and tactical execution: from developing the roadmap to jumping in and making it happen.
- Management experience would be a plus: previously managed or mentored a social/creative team member would be great
- Fluent in both English and German.
- Based in Berlin or willing to relocate.
