Job Description

Positive Carbon is a fast-growing mission-driven startup at the forefront of the fight against food waste. We leverage cutting-edge AI technology to help commercial kitchens reduce their environmental impact and boost their bottom line. As we expand our reach and impact we are looking for a strategic individual to help grow our most valuable partnerships and play a key role in our success story.

Tasks

We are seeking a results-oriented and ambitious Account Growth Manager to drive revenue and deepen engagement within our portfolio of key accounts. This is a high-impact role in a dynamic startup environment. You will be working with a portfolio of early-stage accounts that have low penetration but enormous growth potential. Your primary objective will be to strategically identify and capitalise on opportunities for expansion transforming these foundational relationships into thriving long-term partnerships that deliver increasing value to both the client and Positive Carbon.

Requirements

  • Proactively identify and pursue opportunities for account expansion including upselling and cross-selling Positive Carbons full suite of solutions.
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans aimed at maximising revenue and deepening our partnership with key clients.
  • Drive revenue growth within your dedicated portfolio meeting and exceeding quarterly and annual targets.
  • Serve as the primary strategic contact building and maintaining strong long-lasting relationships with stakeholders at all levels from kitchen managers to C-level executives.
  • Conduct regular strategic business reviews with clients to understand their evolving needs showcase the ROI of our solutions and uncover new growth avenues.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales and product teams to ensure client feedback is incorporated and new solutions are effectively introduced to your accounts.
  • Forecast and track key account metrics (e.g. quarterly sales results and annual forecasts) and report on account status.

Benefits

  • Base Salary: 55000 - 65000 per year
  • On-Target Earnings (OTE): An additional 40000 based on achieving growth and account management targets.
