Job Opportunity: HR Assistant
Market Research company seeking HR Assistant to support Human Resource department.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage endtoend recruitment processes including job postings candidate screening and conducting interviews
Assist with conducting and organizing performance reviews and maintaining related records
Handle Injury on Duty (IOD) registrations ensuring all incidents are documented and reported in line with legal and company requirements
Handle disciplinary processes
Support general HR administrative tasks as required
Requirements:
A degree in Human Resources or a related field is mandatory
Proven experience in an HR support role (please specify years in your CV)
Strong organizationalskills
Attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
HR experience would be advantageous
