Business Development Manager (Accounting / SaaS) (JB5346)
Midrand Gauteng
R650 000 to R750 000 Annually CTC
Permanent

A fastgrowing technology firm in the financial services sector is seeking a recently qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) to join their team as a Business Development Manager. This frontoffice role is ideal for a dynamic individual with a passion for tech and a flair for salesespecially those with experience in selling SaaS platforms and a proven background in B2B outbound sales or business development. The successful candidate will play a key role in expanding the companys international footprint engaging directly with Csuite executives and driving the full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure

Minimum Requirements:
Recently qualified Chartered Accountant (CA)
Experience in selling SaaS platforms
Previous B2B outbound sales or business development experience
Strong financial acumen and commercial awareness
Excellent communication negotiation and relationshipbuilding skills
Demonstrated ability to engage with Csuite executives and key stakeholders
Proactive and targetdriven with a passion for techenabled solutions
Strong organisational time management and prioritisation abilities
Ability to deliver tailored presentations and conduct product demos
Openness to feedback and continuous learning

Duties and Responsibilities:
Conduct global research on target clients and proactively pursue business opportunities
Lead outbound sales and business development campaigns
Generate leads and build strong longterm client relationships
Plan and execute daily outreach schedules targeting decisionmakers
Conduct product demos and engage directly with Csuite executives
Support price negotiations RFP responses and proposal development
Close deals and ensure smooth onboarding of new clients
Oversee client migration processes including setup reporting and training
Establish strategic partnerships to drive growth
Maintain deep technical understanding of the companys platform
Participate in sales team meetings and report on progress and challenges
Provide feedback to improve product offerings and enhance market share
Serve as dedicated account manager to both new and existing clients offering support including limited audit guidance
