Senior BIM Modeller - Structures

• Experience in Autodesk Revit Software (MEP and Structures) and Autodesk Civil 3D to model and produce drawings with limited supervision. 

• Prepare BIM models and deliverables to ensure they meet Client requirements Industry Standards and project BIM Execution Plan. 

• Checks the completeness & accuracy of work before review by the Senior Engineer or designated senior team member. 

• Support work related to projects in the department as directed by the Team Leader. 

• Follow coordination strategy and reporting using Navisworks and other coordination software and supports the team through the delivery phase. 

• Assist with the management and coordination of all incoming and outgoing model and drawing information. 

• Manages projects in BIM360. 

• Organizes own work to achieve set deadlines. 

• Keeps abreast of the latest software/ techniques to increase productivity. 

• Modelling of below ground services in Revit such as conduits pipes and chambers.

• Support work related to projects in the department as directed by the Team Leader

Qualifications :

• Ability to fulfil all the above duties and responsibilities. 

• Knowledge of Industry BIM standards processes and general approaches 

• Knowledge to set up the configuration and administration of projects for respective discipline in Revit and AutoCAD 

• Script writing to develop modelling of underground services in Revit. 

• Knowledge of Industry BIM standards MEP Revit and Structures Revit processes and general approaches modelling of underground services in Revit. 

• Proficiency in Autodesk Revit Autodesk BIM 360 Navisworks presentation software and working on projects in a BIM environment. 

• Develops BIM content based on BIM modelling standards and as outlined in BEP. 

• Minimum 5 years experience in relevant Revit modelling. 

• BIM Qualification / Diploma.
