Job Description

The senior filter technician position is responsible for providing training and mentorship to the Filter Technician team and work with production supervisors on schedules and priorities to ensure that the company meets customers expectations. This is a working position and is expected to continue to perform filter technician activities as well as providing training and mentorship.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Performs filter tuning troubleshooting and testing per applicable travelers and procedures. Trains / mentors new technicians on testing processes and procedures. Enters in Maverick lots as required. Identifies and communicates process improvements to supervisor Works to continually improve filter performance tuning and testing speeds Works with engineering on improvements to filters Performs all other assigned : Oversees filter technicians
Knowledge Skills & Abilities:
Firm knowledge of filter products (LC cavity and crystal) Ability to troubleshoot to component level using schematics and electronic measurement equipment. Ability to make suggestions to filter components as needed to improve product performance Ability to meet deadlines. Ability to work under minimum supervision. Ability to work as a team Experienceand Training: AS Electronics degree or higher > 10 years of experience with various filter technologies
Need to be able to acquire Security Clearance
