About the role:
The Senior Case Manager position will oversee case management and case work service for the Early Intervention Family Support Service (EIFS) and the Family Carer Support Service (FCSS).This position will add value to the program in the form of additional leadership by mentoring supporting and providing supervision to case managers. Additionally it will involve undertaking complex case management processes.
The Senior Case Manager is a member of the Western Australia and Northern Territory team located in the Pilbara office and reports to the Coordinator Pilbara Family Support Services.
The EIFS provides an intensive in-home support case management model which works alongside vulnerablefamilies
This is a Full-time Fixed Term 38 hours per week - until 30.06.2026 with possible extention opportunity based in Port Hedland WA within our Intensive Family Support Services/ Family Care Support Services Program. The position reports to the Coordinator Pilbara Family Support Services.
