Maintain and update employee records and physical files in compliance with POPIA
Assist with the recruitment process including posting job ads screening CVs and scheduling interviews.
Coordinate onboarding and induction processes for new employees.
Prepare employment contracts offer letters and HRrelated documentation.
Track employee leave absences and timeoff in line with BCEA requirements.
Support payroll input by providing accurate employee data and documentation.
Assist in the implementation of HR policies and procedures
Coordinate performance appraisal processes and training sessions.
Respond to HRrelated queries from employees and management.
Assist with internal HR audits and compliance reporting (EEA WSP/ATR COIDA etc.).
Maintain confidentiality and data protection standards at all times.
Grade 12
Relevant qualification preferred
2 3 years experience in an HR administration or similar role.
Experience working with South African HR and labour law compliance.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel Outlook).
Financial background will be preferred
