Overview:
We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead and strengthen our human resources department. The ideal candidate will be confident proactive and capable of maintaining or enhancing employee morale while ensuring compliance and best practices across all HR functions. Bilingual (English/Spanish) candidates are a plus but not required.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee all HR functions including employee relations performance management and legal compliance.
Develop and maintain HR policies employee handbooks and strategic HR initiatives.
Manage benefits administration HR strategies and employee engagement programs.
Support employee development training and succession planning.
Serve as a trusted resource for management and staff regarding HR matters.
Lead initiatives to maintain or improve organizational culture and morale.
Ensure compliance with federal state and local employment laws and regulations.
Required Qualifications:
8 years of HR experience preferably within a trucking or transportation company.
Strong knowledge of HR policies legal compliance benefits administration and performance management.
Proven ability to maintain employee morale and implement effective HR strategies.
Excellent communication leadership and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bilingual (English/Spanish) communication skills.
Experience in employee engagement programs and HR department development.

Compensation & Benefits:
