A Contract Administrator is needed to manage the entire contract lifecycle from drafting and negotiation to execution and closeout. Must be able to ensure compliance with contractual obligations monitor performance and maintain accurate records. This role requires strong communication negotiation and organizational skills as well as a solid understanding of contract law and relevant regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
Contract Creation and Management: Drafting reviewing and negotiating contracts amendments and related documents.
Compliance Monitoring: Ensuring adherence to contract terms conditions and legal requirements.
Performance Management: Tracking contractor performance monitoring deliverables and addressing any deviations from the contract.
Record Keeping: Maintaining organized and accurate records of all contract-related documents and correspondence.
Communication and Collaboration: Serving as a point of contact between parties involved in the contract facilitating communication and resolving disputes.
Financial Management: Monitoring contract budgets verifying invoices and processing payments.
Risk Management: Identifying and mitigating potential risks associated with contracts.
Contract Closeout: Ensuring all contractual obligations are fulfilled and managing the formal contract closure process.
Knowledge of Legal and Regulatory Requirements: Staying up-to-date on relevant laws regulations and industry standards related to contracting.
Skills and Qualifications:
Strong Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills for drafting negotiating and communicating contract-related information.
Negotiation Skills: Ability to effectively negotiate contract terms and resolve disputes.
Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple contracts and deadlines simultaneously.
Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail to ensure accuracy in contract documents and records.

Computer Skills: Proficiency in using contract management software Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant tools
