Job Title: SEO and Digital Marketing Manager
Location: Remote (Latin America)
Compensation: $2000 $2500 USD/month (Full-time 40 hours/week)
Work Hours: Monday to Friday 9:00 AM 5:00 PM EST

We are a U.S.-based provider of behavioral health services specializing in ABA therapy and substance abuse recovery. Our mission is to make a meaningful difference in peoples lives and were seeking a driven SEO and Digital Marketing Manager to help us expand our reach and deepen our impact through strategic digital initiatives.
The Role
Were looking for an experienced SEO and Digital Marketing Manager to lead our digital efforts from strategy to execution. Youll own performance marketing across multiple channels and play a critical role in driving brand visibility generating high-quality leads and fostering trust in our services.
The ideal candidate must also be open to supporting and contributing to other entrepreneurial ventures owned by the founder beyond the core behavioral health business.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive SEO strategy to drive organic traffic and improve search rankings
- Manage and grow our social media presence across Instagram Facebook LinkedIn TikTok and X (formerly Twitter)
- Create and publish engaging content including blogs videos and visuals
- Track website analytics and campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics; provide actionable insights
- Collaborate with leadership to align marketing efforts with overall company goals
- Stay current with trends and best practices in digital marketing especially in healthcare and human services
Qualifications
- 48 years of experience in digital marketing with strong SEO and social media expertise
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Proficient in Google Analytics Google Search Console and social media scheduling tools
- Creative and strategic thinker with a passion for content creation
- Self-starter who thrives in a remote environment
- Bonus: Experience in healthcare ABA therapy or human services
- Required:
- Proof of previous work (e.g. SEO results social campaigns portfolios) must be demonstrated and shared with the recruiter during the application process
