Key Responsibilities

• Implement and manage web analytics platforms (Google Analytics 4 preferred) to track traffic user behavior and conversions.
• Evaluate digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels and recommend performance improvements.
• Conduct user testing and apply UX/UI best practices to enhance website functionality and navigation.
• Create clear actionable reports and dashboards to communicate performance metrics and ROI.
• Perform keyword research and collaborate on SEO strategies to boost search engine rankings.
• Support CMS training and contribute to content organization and management.

This position requires a high school diploma and experience in computer system development and modification. A bachelors degree in a related area may be substituted for the required work experience.

• Associate degree in marketing communications digital media analytics or a related field or a bachelors degree in a related field.
• Hands-on experience with web and digital marketing analytics.
• Proficiency in Google Analytics 4 SEO best practices conversion tracking and data visualization tools.
• Experience with user testing UX/UI tools and content management systems.
• Three (3) years of experience in digital marketing web analytics and UX/UI management.
